Women’s Empowerment Workshop

Toxic Relationship Recovery

A toxic relationship threatens your well-being.

Abuse can be covert or overt. It is often insidious, increasing slowly over time with periods of no abuse. It can be mental, emotional, physical, sexual, spiritual, or financial in nature. Abuse is often not witnessed by others, leaving you feeling alone, discouraged, and confused.

Recovery is possible. And we have an experience to help you on your way…

Join us for a transformational group workshop.

Facilitated by two trauma-informed psychotherapists, we explore healing through a Polyvagal Theory (PVT) lens, focusing on nervous system repair. Each session includes psychoeducation, somatic exercises, resources to take home, and a safe space to connect with other women who can relate to your experiences.

While this workshop is specifically for women, we welcome any men recovering from toxic relationships to reach out to let us know your interest in participating in a similar group experience.
